leasesify ("we" or "us") provides property management, lease management and related software services (the "Services"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms.

General Refund Principles

‍Subscription Fees: Fees for monthly, annual or leasing agreement end date subscription plans are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Service Fees: Fees for specific one-time services (e.g., individual tenant screening reports, background checks, one-time consulting fees) are typically non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed,the costs are incurred immediately by leasesify and/or its third-party data providers.

Eligibility for Refunds

‍Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

a) Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service or subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

b) Cancellation During Free Trial: If you cancel your subscription before the end of a clearly advertised free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was processed.

c) Billing Errors: If leasesify makes an error in billing you (e.g., incorrect amount, incorrect service charged), we will refund the erroneous amount upon verification.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

‍Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:

Standard Subscription Cancellations: Cancellation of a monthly or annual subscription at any point during the active billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no refunds for unused partial periods.

Completed Services: Fees for tenant screening reports, credit checks, background checks, or other third-party data services once the report has been generated or the request has been submitted to the data provider. These costs are incurred immediately and irreversibly.

Subscription Downgrades: Changes from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan during a billing cycle. The new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle; no refunds for the price difference in the current cycle.

Violation of Terms

‍Termination of your account due to violation of leasesify's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Modifications to Policy

‍leasesify reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
